Why We Started BlueSky Heating & Air

When the heat or AC goes out in Solano County, you should reach a real person — not a call center, and not a crew that treats your house like the next ticket in a stack.

That is why we started BlueSky Heating & Air.

We are Matthew and Ryan Vallis, two brothers who built a local HVAC company around a simple promise: pick up the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work. When you call BlueSky, you are talking to an owner.

Who we are

Matthew Vallis is President and co-owner. He grew up around construction, starting with his grandfather’s custom-home work, then sheet metal. He taught apprentices at Sheet Metal Workers Local 104 and was Director of Business Development there. At BlueSky he runs the shop day to day — scheduling, estimates, and every job from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Ryan Vallis is co-owner and CFO. He grew up in the Bay Area. He leads sales and operations at Allen Brothers NorCal, and at BlueSky he runs the books and the back of the house so billing stays tight and customers are taken care of after the job is done.

We are not a franchise. We are not a national brand with a local sticker on the truck. We are a family-owned Solano County shop.

What we do

BlueSky is full-scale heating and air for homes across Solano County:

• Install & replace — AC, furnace, heat pump, ductless mini-splits, custom ductwork, smart thermostats, and air quality
• Service & repair — no-cool and no-heat calls, refrigerant and mechanical repair, combustion and safety checks, including 7-day / after-hours emergencies
• Air duct cleaning — supply and return cleaning backed by our sheet-metal background
• Seasonal tune-ups — spring cool and fall heat checks before the season hits
• Maintenance plans — priority scheduling and member pricing so small problems do not become emergencies

We are C-20 licensed (#1158490), fully insured, and union-trained through Local 104. Every installation is backed by a 100% workmanship guarantee.

Where we work

We serve Fairfield, Vacaville, Vallejo, Suisun City, Benicia, Dixon, Rio Vista, and nearby Solano County communities. Solano is the whole map — not Napa, not Contra Costa, not a two-decade marketing claim.
